The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon spacecraft will carry astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, and Shannon Walker of NASA, and astronaut Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) to the International Space Station.
